Role description

  • Set and implement the brand digital strategy by working with cross-functional partners to map and transition traditional processes to digital ones
  • Drive digital innovation and serve as a cross-functional change agent across the organization
  • Measure ROI on digital projects, fine-tuning approaches as needed to ensure we’re investing in the right tools and resources
  • Lead resource planning, management, reporting and coordination of projects/initiatives to deliver change in line with availability and business requirements
  • Lead digital planning, including IT projects and the allocation of staffing resources
  • Oversee the financial aspects of the project including purchasing, budgeting, budget review and budget forecasting
  • Responsible of the Digital Planning together with 3rd party suppliers, including the Brand Website, 3D modelling, AR, Configurator, IT infrastructure, Data Analysis

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing or Communication
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Understand core business processes and associated technical solutions
  • Have an innovative and disruptive mindset, constantly looking forward
  • Knowledge of IT & information governance including GDPR, in strong collaboration with Legal department
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, Italian and English
  • Project management
  • International knowledge of Web dynamics
  • Office and Google Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Analytics, DataStudio
  • Experience with a similar role in automotive or luxury industries (preferred qualifications)
  • Knowledge of SEO and main CMS (preferred qualifications)
