Role description
- Define the KPIs needed to monitor component development projects
- Supervise the drafting of component development plans
- Supervise the reporting activities of the project KPIs to the stakeholders
- Collaborate in drafting risk analysis reports (DFMEA, PFMEA)
- Insure technical support for the industrialization and production launch phases of the cars
- Technical responsibility for the component and system development of the Battery Thermal Management System (internal and external) guaranteeing battery and vehicle requested performances
- Define the working methods and procedures
- Propose high-tech and cutting-edge product requirements
- Identify opportunities for improvement in new technologies available on the market
- Build and preserve know-how and promote transparency in information
- Identify, maintain and develop relationships with strategic suppliers
- Create and develop relationships with research institutions/universities
- Create an effective and efficient flow of information with the other functions and transversal services
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field and a minimum 10 years of related experience
