Role description

  • Define the KPIs needed to monitor component development projects
  • Supervise the drafting of component development plans
  • Supervise the reporting activities of the project KPIs to the stakeholders
  • Collaborate in drafting risk analysis reports (DFMEA, PFMEA)
  • Insure technical support for the industrialization and production launch phases of the cars
  • Technical responsibility for the component and system development of the Battery Thermal Management System (internal and external) guaranteeing battery and vehicle requested performances
  • Define the working methods and procedures
  • Propose high-tech and cutting-edge product requirements
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in new technologies available on the market
  • Build and preserve know-how and promote transparency in information
  • Identify, maintain and develop relationships with strategic suppliers
  • Create and develop relationships with research institutions/universities
  • Create an effective and efficient flow of information with the other functions and transversal services

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field and a minimum 10 years of related experience
  • Clearly define goals

  • Knowing how to listen and encourage the exchange of different points of view
